Problem
Rahul Sir Classes had the pedagogy, the results and the audience. What it had online was a stock page builder — a carousel, a broken image, and an enrol button pointing nowhere in particular.
Approach
Dolomite built the actual product: a platform students log into, a 23-tool practice suite they use daily, iOS and Android apps that put it in their pocket, and a content engine shipping five Shorts a day so the top of the funnel stays full without RSC hiring a studio.
Result
23 practice tools and two mobile apps are live, and the channel moved from 342 views in a 28-day window to 8,565, with watch time up from 8.1 to 36.4 hours and subscribers turning net positive.
